Return & Exchange Policy – Kidderz

We want you to love what you receive from Kidderz. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns/Exchanges Eligibility

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed items

  • Items without original packaging/tags

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Process

  1. WhatsApp our support team with your order number and issue photos within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Our team will review and confirm the return/exchange.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup or guide you on the return method.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer after item inspection.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • If the item is out of stock, you’ll receive store credit.

Kidderz reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
