Returns/Exchanges Eligibility
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Process
WhatsApp our support team with your order number and issue photos within 7 days of delivery.
Our team will review and confirm the return/exchange.
Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup or guide you on the return method.
Refunds
Refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer after item inspection.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
If the item is out of stock, you’ll receive store credit.
Kidderz reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
